These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and JK8Slot ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the JK8Slot platform, website, and all associated services available at jk8slot.cam (collectively, the "Platform").

JK8Slot operates an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. • "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in MYR.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or conditional balances granted by JK8Slot under specific promotional terms.

To register and maintain an Account on JK8Slot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Services on the Platform. JK8Slot strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited, and any Account found to have been opened by an underage individual will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. JK8Slot makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances.

Personal Account Use Only

Accounts are for personal use only. You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have promptly notified us of any unauthorised access.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

JK8Slot is required to conduct identity verification under our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account suspension. JK8Slot reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending the completion of satisfactory KYC review.

By using the Platform you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Attempting to access the Platform using automated bots, scripts, or other automated means;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating in relation to Games or betting markets;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
• Creating or operating any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform's game mechanics or odds;
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with, disrupts, or damages the Platform, its infrastructure, or other users' experience.

JK8Slot reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action it deems appropriate in response to violations of these Terms, including but not limited to suspension or termination of your Account, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

Deposits

JK8Slot accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for local payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. JK8Slot does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. JK8Slot targets a processing time of 15 minutes for verified accounts, though actual processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any applicable fraud review procedures.

JK8Slot reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if there is a pending KYC review, an active bonus wagering requirement, or reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on the Account.

JK8Slot offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and other incentive schemes. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses and promotions include:

• Each bonus offer is available only once per eligible User unless expressly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus are specified in the promotion terms;
• JK8Slot reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to Users;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied;

All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are subject to these Terms and any product-specific rules applicable to the relevant Game or betting market. Users should review all applicable rules before placing a Bet.

• Finality of Bets: Once a Bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the User, except where expressly permitted by applicable game or event rules.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Bets and are displayed within the Platform. These limits may vary by game type, event, or Account VIP tier.
• Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits apply across all gaming categories. These limits are published within the relevant product rules and may be updated from time to time.
• Systems and RNG: All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing processes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed for all slot games.
• Disconnection: JK8Slot will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of a disconnection or technical failure, except where the fault is solely attributable to JK8Slot's systems. In such cases, the game round will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game recovery rules.
• Obvious Errors: JK8Slot reserves the right to void any Bet settled as a result of an obvious error in odds, game configuration, or event result data. This includes but is not limited to decimal odds that are clearly mispriced due to a data feed error.

JK8Slot is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a comprehensive suite of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered Users at all times and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control the amount of money you add to your Account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a specified period;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, extendable);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently.

Requests for self-exclusion or account suspension will be processed promptly and all active self-exclusions will be respected without exception. JK8Slot will not send promotional communications to Users who have activated self-exclusion.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, game software, audio, video, data compilations, and the JK8Slot brand name and trade marks, are the property of JK8Slot or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any intellectual property notices or labels on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may also infringe applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JK8Slot and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Any losses attributable to a third-party service interruption, including payment processing failures by third-party providers such as Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or DuitNow;
• Any gambling losses incurred during normal use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

JK8Slot's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single cause of action or claim shall not exceed the value of your real-money Account Balance at the time the claim arises.

JK8Slot reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, collusion, cheating, or any other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Abuse of any bonus, promotional offer, or referral programme;
• Any conduct that JK8Slot reasonably considers to be harmful to the Platform, other Users, or the integrity of any Game or betting market.

Upon termination, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to an open investigation) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification. JK8Slot shall have no obligation to return Bonus Funds upon termination.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our Customer Support team. Account closure does not waive any obligation you may owe to JK8Slot under these Terms, nor does it extinguish any outstanding claims we may have against you.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

In the event of any dispute between you and JK8Slot, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication with our team via Live Chat or email.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework under which JK8Slot operates.

JK8Slot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice by publishing the revised Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where applicable, we may also notify registered Users via email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
